Better Condition

How long should i go without using hair straighteners to get my hair in better condition?

I use hair straighteners every day and my hair is in awful condition because of it..so i’m trying to go without using them for a week to see if my hair will repair itself. Will a week be long enough to see improvement? or has anyone done he same? how long did it take?

you can do the followin:
use heat protectoin spray
use moisterizing shampoo
straighten your hair like only once a week, or like every other day, that way your hair isnt like that damaged,
get a trim,
and take care of it…
