Beautiful Toning
I have free weights at home-how can I get beautiful, toned arms?
Everything Sadie said is great- you can get better result by varying your routine. You go from doing high weight , low reps, to lower weight and higher reps. When I use lower weights I do sets of 15 reps. Higher weight, I do sets of 8 reps. Always do 3 or 4 sets.
