Baseball Half

okay well my arm has been hurting for about 1 and a half years from baseball?

this has been happening on and off but alot more pain then relief and i am 15 , im also not sure what i should do about it are there any tips for my problem.

A year and a half? Ever thought of seeing a doctor?
