Awesome Toning
What are some awesome toning workouts for my arms, thigh and stomach?
I already have a pretty flat stomach but you know everyone wants to get rid of that little baby fat. but my legs and arms are the trouble areas. they aren’t ridiculously fat but ive kinda let my self go. and I just got dumped so im kinda determined to tone up and look hot at prom in front of him and I only have 3 weeks so I need some good workouts!
Lol. Push ups are for your chest and squats are for your legs.
Here is a good workout for your arms.
- Triangle push ups (commonly called diamond push ups): 3 sets until failure. (for Triceps).
- Pull ups: 3 sets until failure. (for biceps).
- Bench dips: 3 sets until failure. (for triceps).
- Hammer curls: Depending on the dumbbells weights and how many you can do. I prefer to use low weights and do high reps for toning.
Do all of this in one day and then rest the other day. Keep doing that. And some cardio would help to tone.
