How do you get rid of all the white bumps on my face?

I have acne but also I have all these white bumbs on my face and upper neck. They seem worse when its hot and/or humid. I’ve tried acne medication which helps the pimples but not the bumbs?!

Try exfoliating your skin. St. Ives isn’t expensive and a very good product. That may do the trick!
